David J. Borgmeyer, DDS
Dr. David Borgmeyer earned a B.A. in English and his pre-dental degree from Saint Louis University. He graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Dental School in 1977. Dr. David is committed to continuing his education. He belongs to the Missouri Valley Study Club, which meets monthly to discuss current dental advancements. Dr. David is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Missouri Dental Association (MDA), Greater St. Louis Dental Society (GSLDS), and Chicago Dental Society. Dr. David was awarded the St. Louis Area Dentist of the Year award in 2013 and was top rated by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).Dr. David and his wife, Anne, are the proud parents of four sons. The oldest is a lawyer, the second is a high school teacher, and the youngest two are dentists. When not in the office, where he has practiced for 35 years, Dr. David enjoys music, playing the guitar, woodworking, and carpentry.

Augustine J. Borgmeyer, DDS
Dr. Augustine Borgmeyer was born and raised in South St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated cum laude from Rockhurst University in 2003 and attended The University of Missouri, Kansas City, earning his DDS in 2007. Dr. Augustine recognizes that dentistry is an ever-evolving field and spends hundreds of hours each year pursuing advanced dental education. In 2013 he completed his dental implant residency at the Alabama Institute of Education. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and Greater Saint Louis Dental Society, among many other clubs and study groups. Following dental school, he worked at Grace Hill Family Dentistry, providing much needed dental care to the underserved population in the St. Louis area. He joined his father at Borgmeyer Family Dental in 2009.

Dr. Augustine Borgmeyer and his wife, Robin, who is a special education teacher, have three children, Caden, Carmen, and Augustus. Caden attends St. Stephen Protomartyr and Carmen was born in 2013. Augustus was born August 2016.

Dr. Augustine Borgmeyer says, “I have always been involved in dentistry since I was very young. I watched my father form his practice by taking great pride in building family relationships and believe in helping patients from all walks of life. I have been implementing the cutting-edge dental techniques now available in our office.”


Samuel J. Borgmeyer, DDS
Dr. Samuel J. Borgmeyer was born and raised in South St. Louis City. Dr. Sam attended DePaul University in Chicago majoring in biology while being involved in the acapella group and graduate in 2006. After college he attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and graduated in 2011. After finishing his education, he moved back to Chicago and worked as a dentist at Lawndale Christian Health Center eventually being promoted to be the director of his clinic. Through this experience he also was able to work to increase the quality of oral health care to those who needed it most and to advocate for access to care across the city. At Lawndale Christian health center he had the privilege of being adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois School of Dentistry educating countless young dentist in their best practices. While in Chicago he also worked at a general and cosmetic dental office called Compass Dental fine tuning his cosmetic and general dentistry. While his time in Chicago was amazing he is very happy to be back home and loves working with his dad, brother and family. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and Greater Saint Louis Dental Society, among many other clubs and study groups.

He currently lives in Tower Grove South with his wife Kristen who is a play therapist. They have a daughter Ellouise who is the joy of his life and somehow can name at least five breweries in St. Louis and five Cardinals players. He and his wife love exploring the city and and spending time as a family. They are really happy with their move home.

During Dr. Sam’s dental journey he has really loved the process of treating problems and patients individually by creating personalized care and treatment plans. This allows him to apply the newest technology in an old school manner to provide the best possible care to each and every patient.
